Do I have too much light?

I have an 18" cube (25g) with four 23W cfl 6500k. Co2 injection, eco complete substrate, and EI dosing with Seachem..

My plants are not doing well at all and I have algae all over basically.

Something is certainly out of balance. What is your photoperiod? How are your basic chemistries?

It is on from around 1-9 so 8 hours a day. The co2 is also on for 8 hours but it is earlier by 30 min.

I order a testing kit to see what is going on by I know my ph is 6.4

Pressurized. I dose 5ml of Pottasium and nitrogen x 3 times a week. 4 ml of phosphorous x 3 times a week. 2.1ml of flourish x 2 times a week and 1 ml of iron twice a week.

I just tested my waters for the first time with my test kit - PH 6.4, ammonia at 0.25, 0 nitrite, and between 10-20 ppm of nitrate but probably closer to 20.

Thoughts?

Will probably take a very long time to get rid of the algae naturally, but lower lights to 5-6 hours and to speed up the algae control get like 8 amanos and some nerites for the glass, algae will clear in less then a week. I'm no professional but this is from my experience.
