After poking around, I'm convinced that these two products are different.

http://www.marineandreef.com/Aqualig...p/res58121.htm

http://www.amazon.com/Coralife-05618...qualight+30%22

The boxes look different and the amazon listing isn't light specific. Am I wrong?

I can't say for sure about the marine and reef light because they don't list the manufacturer's part number. But you can always be certain with amazon. They list the part number as "Item model number: 05618". That matches what's on the Coralife website (click T5 Dual, then View Products and Specifications, and you'll see the matching part number): http://www.coralifeproducts.com/prod...ight-fixtures/

The specs on the one being offered by marine and reef are the same so I think they just have a different box pictured.

Edited: Confirmed, it's the same thing. The box was just changed. When you look at the high res pic on the coralife website, it has the pic that marine and reef is using, but the part number is still the same. You can even see that in the url of the pic: http://www.coralifeproducts.com/File...Size/05618.jpg

Dont mean to dig up the old thread but I need to pull the trigger on a 20L light as well and this thread came up during my search

Does the Aqualight T5 include a bracket to hang on the side of the tank?

The coralife/aqueon t5no aqualight has mental legs that slide out and allow the fixture to sit on the rim.
