15w cfl

I was wondering is that enough light for a 12in high tank. The light is 3inches above the tank. I want to make sure I wont kill nothing planted due to little light. Thanks for your help

I use 2x 13 watt cfls in shop reflectors over my 20g long (12" high, 12x30 footprint) bulbs are ~6" above the water. It's certainly not high light, but basic plants do fine
