Lightbulb Submersible lighting for plant growth

Hello, I contemplating on taking a 3' tall tank and cutting it in half, with some eggcrate covered in moss, along the back wall to give my substrate dwellers more sqaure footage. What would be a good way to light the back qaurter portion of the tank when it is covered over by the moss? Also are there any submersible lighting kits that will help the plants grow?
Thank you,
