While the bulb looks ok, it's not possible for anyone to tell you how well it might work, since you didn't mention the size of the tank, the plants you want to keep, and what your be using for ferts and co2.
Since the bulb claims to replace a 400w MH, this could be way too much light for your system.
It is fairly inexpensive as well. They got lots more to choose from. The one above has a temp controller with built in fans to keep it up and running longer. You would have to have a large tank to put this on at 12,000+ lumens, it will look like the surface of the sun. Wondering if you could wire in a dimmer to it, just a thought
